  • We set up different baskets with different ingredients, these baskets will define the recipe to be made by each team: The draw at the beginning of the activity will award 1 basket per Team.
  • Recipe cards will be given to them but beware of the traps will be hidden in each recipe: it will be necessary to be careful the risk of missing their dishes and lose the challenge.
  • The team which will have as challenge “a difficult recipe” at the start of the race will be entitled to bonus points.
  • At the end of the tasting, each team will be judged on the time spent in the realization, the presentation of the dishes made, the taste, the spirit of cohesion and the understanding developed during the activity.
  1. Team Building: Top chef special Moroccan cuisine.
  • Creation of teams: 4 participants or more (chosen according to the total number of participants) will participate in a culinary quiz at the beginning of the activity.
  • At the end of the quiz the first to have counted the most points during the event will choose his team, then comes the turn of the second and so on until formation of the teams.
  • The chef will then explain the rules of the game and dishes already prepared and presented:
  • Each team will consist of a Chief and his clerks.
  • The goal of the event is to make the dish which was presented at the beginning of the event in a minimum of time, the ingredients will be deposited a little farther from the work plan and the recipes will be dictated 2 times at the beginning by the Chef, it is up to you to memorize it and to reproduce the same dishes prepared by the Chef.
